Activity dates, application periods, available places and other details are given in the relevant announcements. Before joining an activity or taking steps relating to an application, please check the current information in the relevant announcement. Contact Foundation staff if you need clarification.
Content may be updated. A change does not remove any legal rights that have already arisen.
Enquiries and preliminary applications
You are expected to provide accurate, current information needed for your request in the forms. Share another person’s information only when you are authorised to act on their behalf. A parent or legal representative must be involved in applications for students who are minors.
Submitting a preliminary application form does not constitute final registration, student acceptance, reservation of a place or the conclusion of a service contract. Foundation staff will inform you about the assessment and next steps.
The success message shown after submission confirms receipt of the form by the system. If no message appears or a submission error occurs, you can use the contact channels above.
Do not attach identity documents, medical certificates, bank or card details, or other unsolicited sensitive information to the forms.
Appropriate use of the website
Use the website and forms lawfully. Misleading applications in another person’s name, unauthorised disclosure of personal information, spam, uploading malicious software and actions that disrupt the service are not acceptable.
Technical restrictions necessary for security and service continuity may apply. Submit applications through the relevant channels rather than through bulk or repeated automated submissions.
Content rights
Rights to the text, images, logos and other content on the website belong to the Foundation or the relevant rights holders. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected. It is not appropriate to alter content without permission and publish it in the Foundation’s name, or imply that it has the Foundation’s approval.

Juz selection and approval
Choose only the juz you can read within the stated period. In new programmes, a selection is held for up to 20 minutes and becomes confirmed when you verify the six-digit email code within 10 minutes. A selection is not confirmed before verification. Unverified selections become available again. Notifications in technical test programmes are not presented as declarations of actual reading.
If you cannot complete the reading, cancel your registration or inform Foundation staff. “Alındı” (Taken) means that someone has undertaken to read a juz; “Okundu” (Read) means that the participant has reported completing the reading. All juz sections being taken does not mean that the khatm is complete.
Only the authorised administrator sets the programme title, dates and any commemorative information for which publication permission has been given. Do not share other people’s names or private information without authority. Participation does not create a subscription to notifications about later programmes.
